PRIVACY
The personal information you provide to Medica Depot will only be viewed by authorized employees for the purpose of completing your requests. Medica Depot does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. In no way will Medica Depot spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming. Your privacy is important to us.

PRICE MATCH
Medica Depot will meet or beat any price offered by a competitor that provides the same product and service as Medica Depot does. This includes but is not limited to the products and services as listed on Medicadepot.com. In order to verify a competitors offer Medica Depot will require proof in the form of either an invoice, purchase order, or other offer not dated earlier than 3 months prior to your request.

ONLINE SECURITY
Medica Depot has taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Medica Depot's website Medicadepot.com (herein referred to as the "Site") utilizes industry-standard security measures, including specialized SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) programs. These programs protect you from identity theft and credit card fraud. Your information remains strictly confidential.

SHIPPING

All refrigerated product such as Botox or Dysport will be shipped to you within 2-4 days of your request to ship. In the rare instance that stock is not immediately available Medica Depot will inform you as to the expected time for your requested goods to be delivered to you.
If you are located outside of the USA Medica Depot will ship refrigerated products either by courier or express post depending on your location. In this instance delivery times will vary.

All non refrigerated products such as Restylane or Synvisc will be shipped by Post Express to you. Typically 2-5 days should be allowed for the product to arrive at your door.

In both instances of shipping you will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours of the goods being shipped.

If the requested goods can not be shipped as outlined above you will be notified within 24 hours.

RETURNS

In the unlikely instance that you receive your requested goods and are unhappy with it Medica Depot will issue refunds.
For refrigerated products Medica Depot will issue refunds only if:
- the packaging of the product was misrepresented to you at the time of your purchase
- the package was warm or hot upon receipt by you (over 8 degrees celsius)
- the product is damaged upon receipt by you
- upon initial use the product is proven to be inactive
In any of the situations listed above you are required to hold the products in the refrigerator or freezer until a solution is determined by Medica Depot.

If being shipping back it is expected that the product be placed in a Styrofoam box with ice packs in the same or similar manner that you received it in. The Styrofoam box should then be in a cardboard box same as when you received it.
In the event that a refund is found to be required you have the option to either have the order or portion of the order re-shipped, or receive a full refund.

PURCHASING
Medica Depot sells to Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Pharmacies and other licensed medical professionals and institutions. License information is mandatory to register with and purchase from Medica Depot.

Please note that some products may look slightly different than in the pictures shown on our site. Some products may have some foreign language on it depending on its country of origin. However, most products have predominantly English language packaging.

SITE USE POLICY

By becoming a client of Medica Depot (herein also referred to as “MD”), you hereby authorize MD to establish a customer account for you so that you may place orders of medical products and provide all services associated with said orders. You understand that by establishing a customer account with MD, you acknowledge and agree with the following:

You guarantee and attest to the fact that you are a licensed medical professional or institutions and maintain all necessary licenses, permits and approvals in your governing jurisdiction to order and receive the products you are, or will be requesting. You will provide proof of your license to MD in order to verify your standing as a medical professional and eligibility to purchase from MD.

You acknowledge that MD is in the business of supplying medical products to clients worldwide. As a client of MD you understand that your orders will be shipped to you at your request to an address expressly authorized by you and you are required to complete the process of importation for the goods shipped to you from MD. You are responsible for any and all legal requirements pertaining to the importation into your jurisdiction for any and all goods ordered from MD.

As a licensed medical professional you acknowledge the critical importance of having medical products delivered to you in a timely manner and without interruption. To avoid any interruptions you authorize MD to ship additional products to you or to a third party authorized by you based on your estimated consumption so that you may receive additional stock on hand for your future use in a timely manner. You acknowledge that any additional stock shipped to you or a third party authorized by you is owned by you and is payable within 180 days of the order being shipped to you or a location authorized by you. You authorize MD to ship your orders to you, or unless otherwise instructed to a third party storage and sorting facility authorized by you.

You authorize MD to establish an account with a third party storage and sorting facility so that you may receive product storage, shipping and ancillary administrative services from a third party storage and sorting facility.

You expressly authorize MD to choose the third party storage and sorting facility at its sole discretion on your behalf. Said third party storage and sorting facility may perform tasks such as shipping, storage, and sorting of stocks ordered by you that are being stored at the third party facility for you on your behalf. All products shipped by the third party is drawn from the your own inventory held in storage with the third party.

You understand that the third party storage facility will receive and store your stock in your name and on your behalf and will ship said stock to you at your request at a later date if not required by you immediately upon the stocks arrival at the third party's facility. You further acknowledge that you may at any time return any unused stock being held at the third party storage facility to MD for a full refund of monies paid.

You acknowledge that any third party utilized for the transportation, storage or sorting of goods for you will be held responsible for any damages incurred from any services provided by the third party to you as the third party is acting on your behalf and is not owned, operated or controlled by MD. Therefore you agree not to hold MD liable for any damages or claims that may arise from the actions or services provided by the third party. You further agree and acknowledge that you will at all times be the importer for all goods received by the third party on your behalf.

In the situation you default on any payment due, you acknowledge and agree that MD retains the right to seize any inventory stored by you at the third party storage facility for recovery of funds owed.

You acknowledge and agree that the place of transaction for purchases made with and invoiced by MD is the jurisdiction of incorporation of MD. You authorize MD or a third party designated by MD acting on behalf of MD to bill your credit card for all orders placed by you. This Policy may be changed by MedicaDepot.com from time to time in MedicaDepot.com's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person.
